UI Improvements

We've fixed some of the UI issues. There are some remaining that we need to sort out, but it should be much easier to play fully with keyboard or controller now. You can now hold escape or the start button to restart a level. The controller's R2 will act like shift to allow moving 10 of an item around in the inventory. Shift with space or enter cannot be used yet for moving 10. The shop does not yet support buying 10 at a time, but it is on the list to add.
This is our final update before the original submission deadline. The Game Jam has been extended by 24 hours, so we will see what else we can get done with the extra time!
